These SMS Terms govern the Streak Financial Alerts text messaging program operated by Streak Funding LLC. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Streak Funding LLC — for example, account updates, appointment reminders, and offers. These messages are sent to the mobile number you provide.

How to Opt In

You opt in by submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided.

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on how you interact with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Streak Funding LLC does not charge for the messages themselves. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. If you change your mind, you can opt back in by signing up again.
